Christina & Her Little Men

It was the perfect day for pictures. These three handsome fellows belong to a good friend of mine at work. I must tell you how much I love Christina. Christina was the first person that I met at Dr. Cohen's office! I brought in my resume and handed it to the blonde curly haired girl behind the fancy desk with the big smile. Little did I know, three weeks later I would be able to stand on the other side of that desk! A definite answer to prayer.

 I specifically remember her because I saw the Lord in her that day! I am so grateful to not only work with one amazing christian woman, but so many!! Christina has a purpose. She strives to be a woman of God that is intentional. She doesn't base her happiness or joy upon her circumstances, she has a Solid Rock. She's intentional about parenting, friendships, her work ethic, attitude, discipline, practices, and compassion for others. She's not perfect, but very humble ;). She is passionate about her marriage, children, and God's word. How beautiful can one gal get? By this time she's already crying because she loves her boys so much. However, more so because someone is confirming her love for her savior, because HE gets the GLORY. Thank you for allowing your love for the Lord fuel everything you do. Beautiful. Handsome. Here's the Rupperts!

Little Blue Truck Almost every day, Jude enjoys the rhythm and rhymes of a particular book about a little blue truck. This truck and a few adorably illustrated farm animals help a mean old dump truck ( HOOOONK ) learn a valuable lesson about making friends. We all need friends and the right kind; that is for certain. He can finish almost any phrase, make all the animal sounds, and turn each page as we snuggle together. What to Think

Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice.   Let your reasonableness be known to everyone.  The Lord is at hand;   do not be anxious about anything,  but in everything by prayer and supplication  with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.   And  the peace of God,  which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Fall Afresh On Me

Fall Decor At Our Tennessee Home I apologize in advance for this crazy and loaded blog post. I tried blogging about one topic and then it just exploded. So, enjoy! Fall Afresh? What does that mean? It happens to be the lyric of one of my favorite songs lately.  If you haven't heard of Bethel Music or Jeremy Riddle, here's a song that just might bless you. I love the lyrics! "Spirit of the living God, come fall afresh on me, come wake me from my sleep. Burn through the caverns of my soul, pour in me to overflow." That is my prayer!! I grew up singing hymns mostly so I knew this song came from this hymn , just in case you were unaware!   I've been thinking a lot about seasons, particularly fall since it's my first fall away from home.
