The CD is progressing! Enjoy some shots I took over at the Stones River Battlefield in good ol' Murfreesboro, TN. Don't these guys look the part? So far we've recorded all the music for the CD and are in the final stages of mixing and mastering. Thank you for your prayers and support as we take the next few steps to finish this project! These guys have worked so hard and poured their hearts out into this music.  

Hey Blake, can we go to that duck pond today? Who knew that we would see one of our favorite birds? It's been a great almost first month in Hendersonville, TN. I'm getting used to working around 10-12 hours a day, Blake loves his job at our new church, we've gotten to know many smiling faces, and went on our first official date in the new town! It's been pretty exciting to see all the wreathes and Christmas lights being put up! I promise to put up some Thanksgiving pictures soon but right now their making their way to Hawaii on my sister's computer. Oh well, it might take a while! So thankful for my family and a very merry Thanksgiving in Charleston, SC! Relearning His Grace this week...

What do you get when you add 4 eggs, one white cake mix, three tbs of flour, one cup mashed strawberries, one pack of strawberry jellow dissolved in 1/2 cup water, and one cup oil? STRAWBERRY CAKE! This weekend was one of my best friend's birthdays..Ashly!! Happy 22nd! We had such a great time going to see Unstoppable, eating at Brixx Pizza, and they even stayed the night! We are sooo thankful for their friendship! Don't forget to line you pans with wax paper :) enjoy! 

 When it comes to being thankful, sometimes I'm not good at it! It's easier for me to complain. So this week, I've been praying LORD help me be thankful! I mean, could this year get any better?? It's about time don't you think, with Thanksgiving coming up! I guess I've been overwhelmed with this year being filled with so much change but with the Holy Spirit's help I will begin to remember that it's not about me, it's about Christ. I don't deserve a job, but God gave me one. I don't deserve friends, but God graced me with them. God graces... Amazing. So, the first thing that comes to my brain when I think of thankfulness are my grandparents. I am so ready for our vacation to Charleston, SC to see my grandparents for Thanksgiving. Can you believe all five girls (my four sisters and i) get to stay in the same house... And on a beach!? Incredible gift. Not to mention the husbands tooo! It's that time again. Time to move, time to share, make new friends, to renew, refine. Although I will definitely miss the Boro I am so thrilled that God has answered our prayers about this lovely town called Hendersonville! It has a duck pond, local restaurants to discover, Christmas trees to be hung, and believe it or not- waaaay more beautiful sunsets than the Boro! And who knew that one of my best friends Kelsey would be just around the corner so much to visit her boyfriend who works at our new church! God is always taking care of me. This time last year Blake and I kept itchin' to move to the Nashville area but we weren't sure how to do it. We felt our hearts detaching from the city and moving on...and here we are! Thanks to our wonderful friends Bryan Johnson, and Ashly and Tyler Haynes we are all packed up and moved into our new apartment. Traveling to my sister's house to see our nephews and niece is only a ten minute commute! We're so thankful for this tim
