Oh little Jude. Thank you for helping me stay sane during the past few weeks. I think taking care of you has helped me make it through each crazy day of unpredictability! When things got really crazy (more details later) it was comforting to know that every four hours you got a bottle, and a couple times a day we sit down and feed you some food. I miss having normalcy and a routine but your sweet snuggles and kisses help! Of course, daddy helps too but we weren't in the same state for a few weeks!
This month definitely not been normal for us! We've been all over the place with you! We moved out of our house, stayed at your Aunt Lea Ann's, Granna's, Mimi's, Grandaddy's, and we visited all kinds of relatives! You've loved learning how to sit up, make a spitting noise with your mouth, and saying "ba, ba, ba!" You crawl a little when you are in a cushy bed but, since all the floors are tile down here in Florida, you don't feel as safe! You are just amazing with how you are learning to control your body all of a sudden, you're like a different baby all of a sudden! You scream really loud and we're trying to start using the word "NO" so that you get used to it haha! You all of a sudden started teething this month which was quite an adventure! It was fun getting out all the frozen teether toys, watching your teeth come in, your smile change, and changing the foods that you can now eat! You had three long nights where you just didn't know what was going on in your mouth. Luckily, daddy was still in town with us so we were able to tackle you together! You still like to sleep from 8-8 which is awesome!!! You love eating all kinds of fruits and veggies; momma is so proud!
It's been an adjustment having you in our room again since you don't have your own space! You do not want to sit still very long but you love sitting on the floor and playing with your blocks and "stacking donuts!" Daddy really missed you when we were separated from him for almost three weeks; it broke his heart! I think you really miss Lolly cat too, she's been boarded for almost three weeks now!
